Buntbarsch stocklist
Well gang, I am looking after 24 tanks and won't describe them all. Here are some of them:
160g SA tank

Geophagus altifrons; Geophagus sp. "Tapajos red Head"; some bristelnose plecos
filtered by 2 Rena XP3 canister filters, one 500w heater, one 30W regular light tube.
Substrate is silica sand; decoration is bog wood/cedar root and Anubias barteri as plants
125g Tanganjika tank

Tropheus sp. "Cape Nandu"; Simochromis babaulti; Eretmodus cyanistictus (endangered)
filtered by 2 110 Aqua Clear mounted on each end, one 500w heater, one 30W regular light tube.
Substrate is gravel (2-3mm); decoration is limestone and Anubias barteri as plants
I keep four 4 foot 65g which are all filtered by one 110 Aqua Clear each, heated by one 200W heater and I use one regular light tube. Substrate is silica sand.
1. Discus and Geophagus pindare
2. Rotkeil Severum
3. Tropheus sp. "Katonga" and Simochromis babaulti
4. Enantiopus melanogenys, Xenotilapia flavipinnis, Paracyprichromis nigripinnis, Callochromis pleurospilus
One 4 foot 55g which are all filtered by one 110 Aqua Clear each, heated by one 200W heater and I use one regular light tube. Substrate is silica sand.
- Cryptoheros (Arcocentrus ?) nanoluteus (endangered)
There are 6 tanks 45g which are all filtered by one 110 Aqua Clear each, heated by one 150W heater and I use one regular light tube. Substrate is silica sand.
1. Julidochromis marlieri
2. Glossolepis incisus (Red Rainbow Fish)(endangered)
3. Tilapia snyderae (endangered)
4. Pseudocrenilabrus nicholsi
5. Cryptoheros (Arcocentrus ?) myrnae (endangered) and Melanotaenia boesemani (endangered)
6. Cryptoheros (Arcocentrus ?) myrnae (endangered)
There are 3 30g which are all filtered by one 70 Aqua Clear each, heated by one 100W heater and I use one regular light tube. Substrate is silica sand.
1. Neolamprologus buescheri
2. grow-out
3. grow-out
There are 8 10g which are all filtered by sponge filters, heated by one 50W heater each and I use regular light tubes. Substrate is silica sand.
These tanks are my maternity ward where I keep the holding females (I hate stripping fish).

Well, where are they??????

I love seeing other peoples fish room or tank set-ups. There is always something new or different to see and learn. This is the third fish room I have build and they all look different because I have seen and learned from other hobbyist.

Though I've seen this fishroom on the web for the past 2 years,
I still never get tired of seeing it!
Totally amazing set up!
It is easy to see the passion and drive that Klaus has
for his fish!
