My gold occies have spawned--need advice!

I've had this pair of occies for a couple of years, they spawned once when I first got them, the night before I was
leaving town, and when I got back, no fry.
I just found new fry last night. (finally)
Only thing is this time they are in a 55 Tang community with 2 small Comps, 2 small Calvus, 3 small N. helianthus and one Paracyp.
All the other fish were on one side of the tank, so before I went to bed last night, I put one of those plastic
tank divider things to try to keep the Neos and Altos "outside the fence". I don't know what to do when I get home today, though. Should I leave things as they are for now, or pick up the shells with the fry (minute little things) and put them in a small tank by themselves?
I'd really like to raise the little guys.
