Next week is ACA!

I can't wait!

I hope that all of you attending ACA convention will take pictures and share them.

Woohoo! I'll be uploading pics the whole time as long as the wifi holds out.

One week from today we'll be on the road already.

I hope the weather cools down for you out there. Do you think the temps will have any effects on the traveling fish?

Up here in the Pacific Northwest, we are having record cold temps for this time of year.

i guess they were saying 100 plus temps through the weekend

My plan is to leave the hotel as little as possible. And if I need to leave I hope to be able to take the hotel's free shuttle.

As for fish, I think most people have air conditioned cars so I wouldn't think it would be an issue.

I'll feel right at home. It's been hot as Hades here for a while now.

Today is the day!!!

Yep. Dogs woke me at 4:25, couldn't go back to sleep, so sitting here
drinking coffee. About to finish last minute packing,
leaving for airport about 8:30!

I'm jealous of you guys leaving today. But I'll be underway in less than 24 hours and still have a lot to do to get ready. I have a 10 gallon tub that'll hold all the fish equipment that I can use to house fish in the room, two styrofoam coolers, a new cooler for our stuff. Plus laundry to finish and the house to get ready for our dog-sitter (my brother-in-law).

Unfortunately I'm stuck at work.

I've got 4 10g's and a 20H packed in the truck as well as tops, heaters, sponges, python, bagging supplies, specimen containers (fish, not other specimens ), net, etc. Hopefully I've got enough stuff!!! I'll get a picture of the back of the blazer if I don't forget. There's just enough room left for my suitcase and coolers as well as J's bags. Hopefully I left enough room!!! I'll be picking her up at BWI around 4, will be leaving the house at 1:30 en route to BWI!!!
