Multies arriving today...

I had hoped they'd arrive yesterday but they're coming before 3 this afternoon. It's quite chilly and they'll have been in the bag 46-50 hours by the time they show up so I'm hoping they're still alive and well. I feel like an expectant father. hehehe

Daggon weather got me. 6 of 8 were DOA. The box felt like it had been refrigerated, I'm amazed any of them lived. I'm bummed.

Dang, that's a bummer!!! Overnight shipping is the most I go, prefer air cargo which is same day in most cases. Sorry to hear about the bad luck

I have lots of multis. I've never shipped any fish, but if I can get hold of some of those "breather" shipping bags I would send you some for just the cost of shipping.

The lfs finally came through. Woohoo! I'm now the proud daddy of 6 juvi multies. So with the one survivor from before I'm starting my colony with 7. Woohoo! One of my transcriptus is giving them a hard time, I don't know why they don't just hide out in a shell, there's plenty. Might have to get rid of that transcriptus since he gives the other one a hard time too. Such a jerk. hehehe

When I originally got my multis, they were in a species only tank, and they reproduced like rabbits!!! I added in a couple of julis, and calliperus, and the fry
factory ceased. So, the multis are back in species only tanks, one 20 L with a big group, and a 10 gallon with two pairs, and lots of fry in there.
