Coral Banded Shrimp

This guy is sweet, ive had him a few months now. His job: finding bristleworms, tearing them apart and eating them. His tank mates give him his space.

Forgive my ignorance, but are coral banded shrimp and peppermint
shrimp the same?

they are not, Peppermint shrimp are shaped more like a traditional shrimp... the coral banded's get way bigger, are much more aggressive, and have those big ole claws.

peppermint shrimp are awesome though, great at eating invasive aiptaisia anemones, and all round good scavengers.

Cool shrimp! Love the colors in that setup.
