Someone my daughter went to college with found a blue lobster when out diving with a friend, they just let it go....lol.

I'm not sure about taste but if its like crawfish I bet they are expensive. Nicole bought one blue crawfish for 20 dollars and a white one for 40 dollars. A sack of red ones weighing 40 pounds cost 40 dollars.
